RETURNS AT THE SPA ACADEMY STORE
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. To make a return, you must meet the following conditions:
- Product condition: The returned product must be in perfect condition, without any damage or alteration.
- Return shipping cost: The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
- Return form: The completed return form, which can be downloaded below, should be attached to the return package or sent via email.

If the purchased item has a defect or is damaged, please file a claim. The time to file a claim is 2 weeks after receiving the goods.
To process the complaint first , fill out the product form that you can download below and send photos to the email address with as many details of the defect as possible. This will allow us to respond to your request faster and avoid additional shipping costs.
